Power Plate joins SKLZ and EXOS to create fitness powerhouse

Power Plate has teamed up with SKLZ, leader in sports training products, and EXOS, pioneers in human performance, to help reshape and model the world of health and fitness.

Throughout 2018 the companies will be launching new training plans and product accessory kits for its UK customers.

POWER PLATE: PIONEERS IN PERFORMANCE

To coincide with the UK launch of its philosophy: Prepare Faster, Perform Better, Recover Quicker, Power Plate is focused on its repositioning as a training aid to improve all aspects of fitness. From warm-ups to cool downs, Power Plate is already fully-integrated into the programming of the most revered performance specialists, fitness clubs and educators in the world.

Steve Powell, director of UK Training at Power Plate, said: “Recovery, now being labeled as the vital component of any training programme, can be done in under 5 minutes. It feels great and physiologically creates the optimum environment for relaxation and regeneration.”
“Recovery’s often a limiting factor to performance,” added Nicole Rodriguez, Human Performance Coach for EXOS.

“It's our job to help clients understand its importance and teach them how to incorporate recovery strategies and tools into daily routines,” she continued.

“As a coach I use the Power Plate during every session for recovery, activation - and rehabilitation. As a SKLZ product developer I’m excited about the ongoing collaboration to trailblaze concepts and solutions together as we move forward," said Michael Cummings, global senior director of Human Performance and Fitness at SKLZ.
